In the event of a settlement by Benefit Global's contracted attorneys as a result of the mediation service, 6% of the settlement figure is collected, and the fee is divided between the parties at a rate of 3% to 3% and the fee is paid to the contracted lawyer.

If consensus cannot be reached, the fee is taken by the mediator attorney in terms of duration / hour. Benefit covers the first 2 hours on behalf of the beneficiary. The counterparty addressed to the right holder shall pay the mediation service fee to the lawyer himself.
